Our processing plant, state of the art as it is, requires a quality three-phase electricity supply which isn’t available from the grid in our location. As such, we use a diesel generator to power the press during the processing season.

Given the current situation regarding fuel prices we may have to add a fuel surcharge to our processing costs for the 2026 season.

Unless things go truly pear-shape we don’t expect this surcharge to be more than 4% to 5% and we will advise all of our customers at the time of booking.
