Jams and Marmalades
Our jams and marmalades are made by hand in small batches. We use more fruit, less sugar and a traditional French method to preserve the natural texture, colour and intense flavour of the fruit. Taste the difference!
Our jams come in four varieties – Kumquat Marmalade, Strawberry, Apricot and Plum. Apart from the strawberries, all of the fruit is grown on our properties, and quantities are limited. We also export to Japan on a yearly basis.
The York Olive Oil Company’s jams and marmalades are available in 320gm glass jars.
