Your French baker (Arnaud) has been so very busy with the olive oil processing season that he’s had no time to bake bread recently. Now that he’s baking again means that the olive season will soon be over for this year. If you still have olives on your tree please get them to us by the end of June as we are planning to close the press at that time.
