Our stocks of 2014 strawberry jam ran out months ago, and although strawberries have been available for quite a while this year, only now are they at optimum ripeness. Perfect flavour, sweetness and colour.

The Colour of Magic

Just look at that colour! And because the fruit is full of natural sweetness we only need to use the minimum amount of added sugar to make the jam. Strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and a traditional French method to preserve the natural texture, colour and flavour of the fruit.
