Jams and Marmalades
Our jams and marmalades are made by hand in small batches using fruit picked at optimum ripeness. We use more fruit, less sugar and a traditional French method to preserve the natural texture, colour and intense flavour of the fruit. Taste the difference!
Current varieties – Kumquat, Orange and Seville Marmalades, Strawberry and Apricot jams. Apart from the strawberries, all of the fruit is grown on our properties and quantities are limited and seasonal. We also export to Japan on a yearly basis.
The York Olive Oil Company’s jams and marmalades are available in 320gm glass jars.
