We have upgraded our olive oil press ready for the upcoming 2013 harvest season. Just landed from Italy is our new Pieralisi Effe 3 centrifugal extractor (decanter) which has double the capacity of our old one so we will be able to press your olives more quickly and more efficiently. The rest of the press remains the same, so it’s still a two-phase, continual extraction process with no water added, and we are still using the separator at the end of the line to remove any excess sediment and moisture. The capacity of our press might be bigger this year but we still welcome small batches; no minimum quantity of olives is required.
