Apricot Lattice

Apricot Lattice prepared by Jenny using our apricot jam. Easy, quick and so very tasty!

December saw us busy harvesting our apricots and preparing jam, making good use of the tricks and skills picked-up by Arnaud at the professional course he attended in September in La Foret Fouesnant in Brittany (France). We are currently running a summer promotion; three jars of jam (any combination of Apricot, Strawberry or Kumquat Marmalade) for $24. Postage for any of our products to anywhere in W.A. is just $10 for any order up to 20kg. Email Arnaud to order or for a quote on postage outside W.A.

Processing Charges: We have updated our olive oil contract processing charges for the 2014 season. Nothing too dramatic; a reasonable increase of 3.6% to keep the olive press up-to-date and viable.

When to Harvest Your Olives: We have reworked the advice given on the page about judging when best to pick your olives, (for “reworked”, read “simplified”). Worth a visit.
