It’s been a good year for our fruit trees and we are busy making our seasonal jams and marmalades; slowly hand-made to a traditional French family method which retains the texture, colour and intense flavour of the fruit.
Apart from the strawberries the fruit is from our own trees and harvested at the point of optimum ripeness so quantities are seasonal and limited.
