New Season 2011 Oil is Here!
This year’s olive pressing is well underway and we have just released the new season’s “Olio Novello” (“New Oil”); unfiltered, straight from the press and only available during the harvest season. Its veiled cloudiness imparts superb flavour but only for a short while, so use it generously and quickly.
Available in 2 litre flagons ($38), 4 litre tins ($70), 5 litre value packs ($80) or by the litre in bulk.

Open for Easter
We are open for business right through the Easter weekend, including Good Friday, Easter Day, ANZAC Day and the Easter Monday public holiday (on Tuesday 26 April). Our olive press will be in action over the long weekend (currently taking bookings) and our retail shop will be open.
