Start of the 2021 Olive Processing Season and Easter Opening Hours

Easter is on its way and it marks the traditional start of the olive processing season in W.A. We are getting the press ready for the first bookings from Tuesday 6 April onwards. If you are new to olive growing do make sure you pick your olives at the right time by reading this: Knowing When to Pick Your Olives

Our retail shop will be open everyday over the long Easter Weekend:

Good Friday (2 April) 10am to 5pm
Easter Saturday (3 April) 10am to 5pm
Easter Sunday (4 April) 10am to 5pm
Easter Monday (5 April) 10am to 5pm

Christmas Trading Days

The last bread bake for 2020 will be on Saturday 19 December. Our sourdough loaves freeze well, so if you need extra loaves to keep you going over the festive season please let us know in advance.
There will be no baking on Saturday 26 December 2020 or Saturday 2 January 2021.

Our retail shop’s last day of trading for 2020 will be Sunday 20 December and we will be open again as normal from Saturday 2 January onwards, on Saturdays, Sundays and most Public Holidays.

Friday 25 December CLOSED (Christmas Day)
Saturday 26 December CLOSED (Boxing Day)
Sunday 27 December CLOSED
Monday 28 December CLOSED (Boxing Day Holiday)
Friday 1 January CLOSED (New Year’s Day)

The first bake for 2021 will be on Saturday 9 January.

MYER New Season Photoshoot at York Olive Oil Co

MYER, needing a location for their new season fashion photoshoot, have just brought their team to York Olive Oil for the day. King’s Park was apparently not suitable and they had heard about the wildflowers and spring beauty of York and, in particular, York Olive Oil Co.

Led by the world-renowned (and Perth-born) fashion photographer Russell James, the shoot featured fashion model and MYER Youth Ambassador Sarsha Chisholm of Viviens Models.

Catering for the crew was by Gather York, and a great time was had by all.
