Hand-picked heritage – Northern Valleys News

A delightful cover story by Tamieka Preston in the May edition of the Northern Valleys News, entitled “Hand-picked heritage”, about the annual olive harvest from the historic trees at the Benedictine Community of New Norcia. We have been processing their olives for many years now.

Father Anscar joined volunteers and New Norcia staff for the community’s annual olive harvest this month

Arnaud on the ABC

Arnaud will be taking some time out this week from bottling the new season 2022 harvest olive oil to appear on ABC Radio Perth.

Arnaud will be talking to Christine Layton on WA Afternoons on Thursday for the “Where Does Your Food Come?” segment. It’s a weekly segment where we learn all about a produce or food and how it’s made, and this week Christine will be covering olive oil with Arnaud.

The broadcast is on ABC Radio Perth on Thursday 21 July between 12.30 and 1.00pm, (or Listen Back on the website at any time). If you have a question about olive oil you can get involved by calling or sending a text to ABC radio Perth on 1300 222 720
